# StudyVisually pricing

StudyVisually is free to start. Ready-made subjects (such as the AI agents for JavaScript developers guide), every study mode and progress saved in your browser cost nothing and need no account. Paid plans add more AI: more decks made from your own notes, bigger uploads and more AI feedback.

- Uploads are measured in characters. One page is about 3,000 characters.
- Free and Teacher limits start again on the 1st of each month in your own time zone. Paid plans start again each month on the billing date, yearly plans included.
- Each account also has a monthly fair-use ceiling on AI cost. Normal use never reaches it; if it does, AI rests until the next reset and studying keeps working.
- Payments are handled by Creem. Cancelling keeps the paid plan until the end of the month (or year) already paid for.
- Paying yearly costs 2 months less than twelve monthly payments. You can switch between monthly and yearly at any time; Creem settles the difference.
- The Teacher plan is free for teachers with a school email who upload a staff card photo and selfie. It includes share links for classes. Limits equal Basic until 10 students have studied your decks in the last 90 days.
- Decks made on a paid plan stay available to study after moving to Free, but can no longer be edited or remade.
